This exciting renovation dealt with all the wet areas of the house and was meticulously designed and planned by Living Lot Home Designers. Having the design ready to go made the quoting, planning and ordering of building materials process a breeze. The client knew exactly what tiles she wanted throughout the house and this element became a focal point of the renovation, so much so that we were asked to replace the kitchen splash back with the same tiles. The job consisted of a full strip out of both the main bathroom and existing laundry, moving two walls and adding windows and a skylight to these rooms. The process for this job went very smooth and we were fortunate to have a client that was quick to make decisions and also trusted Braeside’s advice on certain aspects of the project.

Being an older style home in Mosman it was essential to pick the correct finishes that would be in keeping with overall aesthetic of the home. Because of this, a neutral colour palette was chosen however to maintain a high-end feel, detailed penny mosaic tiles were implemented for the flooring in the spaces. The whitewash really begins to compliment the natural light in the bathrooms allowing them to feel spacious, clean and inviting.

Along with the bathroom works, Braeside Joinery completed all the cabinetry works which is a key feature for clients who use Braeside as we control the entire process, quality checking as we go using nothing but the most cutting-edge machinery and the most skilled craftsmen.
